Rules and Regulations

• Web SPeED sites cannot be advertised on any site with adult or other questionable content.
• Fees are paid in US Dollars to your PayPal® account.
• Sand Dollar Digital Design is not responsible for keeping your email address up-to-date. If you change your email address, log in to your account here and update our records. Incorrect emails may result in loss of your earnings.
• You will be paid on your referral after they have been active for 30 days.
• Sand Dollar Digital Design makes every effort to connect your referral to your payment. However, if your referral does not use the link provided for you to place on your web site and accesses the Web SPeED Sites system directly, there may be some discrepancy in the bookkeeping required for referral payments.
• Referral fees may not be paid for any user who violates our policies.
• Clients are not permitted to use any sort of SPAMming, trollingtechnique to promote Web SPeED sites services including email, newsgroups, blogs, forums, etc. This will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate suspension of any affiliate privileges on this site.
• Sand Dollar Digital Design is not responsible for any unauthorized access or modification of your data stored by or transmitted via the Web SPeED service.
• It is the end-user's responsibility to keep his/her password confidential, and to change the password on a regular basis.
• Any violations of these rules and regulations or other applicable laws will not be tolerated and will result in the immediate suspension of any affiliate privileges on this site.
